We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of our site, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Rivky Wigs reserves the right to terminate accounts, remove content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including if we believe that your conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of our customers or business.

3. Ordering & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse or cancel any order.

When you submit an order, you represent that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method selected. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and notify you promptly. Sales tax will be applied where required by law.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer same-day delivery via Uber Direct for qualifying addresses in Lakewood (08701), Toms River (08753, 08755, 08757), and Jackson (08527), New Jersey. Standard shipping is available nationwide via common carriers.

Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Rivky Wigs is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos so we can assist you promptly.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags attached. For complete details, please see our .Returns & Refund Policy.

Custom and built-to-order wigs are non-refundable once production has begun. We will confirm this with you before starting production and will work closely with you to ensure your complete satisfaction.

6. Custom Orders

Custom wigs designed through our Build Your Wig wizard or created through a personal consultation are made specifically to your specifications. By placing a custom order, you acknowledge:

• A non-refundable deposit may be required before production begins
• Once production begins, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded
• Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance from reference images are inherent to natural hair and are not considered defects
• Production typically takes 2–6 weeks depending on complexity and current demand

We will make every effort to communicate with you throughout the production process and to deliver a wig that meets or exceeds your expectations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software — is the property of Rivky Wigs or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, lease, transmit, create derivative works from, translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise exploit any content from this site without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rivky Wigs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or products.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and Rivky Wigs shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Ocean County, New Jersey. You consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
